  5. Pregnancy of wife by another man at time of marriage which was unknow to husband.
  6. Force, menace, duress, or fraud in obtaining marriage.
  7. Desertion
  8. Adultery during the marriage
  9. Conviction of a crime of moral turpitude that results in prison sentence of 2 or more years.
  10. Habitual Intoxication
  11. Cruel Treatment
  12. Incurable mental illness
  13. Habitual drug addiction
